Dartmoor Discovery - Transfer Form

If you wish to withdraw from the race and would like to try and pass on your race number, we have put into place the following procedure.

Please contact the person at the top of the reserve list. Get them to download the transfer form. Once they've filled it in and signed it, they need to forward it to you, along with a £3 cheque made payable to the Teignbridge Trotters and a cheque made payable to yourself for what ever sum you have agreed.

You then need to fill in your section of the same transfer form and return it to the address stated. Don’t forget to enclose the £3 cheque: Once the Race Director receives the transfer form and £3 cheque, he will remove the new entrant from the top of the waiting list and inform them that they have been successful in obtaining a race number.

The last date for receiving any transfer forms will be Saturday 2nd June. The Race Director will have the final say over all number swaps.
