On the hottest day of the year so far (Sunday 22nd June), Graeme Baker took part in the Great Lanhydrock Run. The event is a very hilly 10-mile trail race around the National Trust property and 161 people completed the event. Graeme finished in 96th place overall and was 4th over 65 and 1st over 70. Graeme’s time of 1:36:27 equates to just under 10min/mile, which was his initial target on this challenging course.
