Karen O'Brien 4-5 miles Newton Abbot For those stepping up from Beginners. A little bit further and with fewer rest stops
5-6 mile Social
Emma Donovan 5-6 miles Newton Abbot A social run, with plenty of regrouping. This group provides an 'Intermediate Level' run, for those wishing to step up from the 'Improvers Group'. Also suitable for faster runners, who want a nice social run and intend to run at the 'speed of talk'!
6-7 mile B Group
Peter Blakesley 6-7 miles Newton Abbot Steady continual run, at roughly 8:30-9min/mile pace, with plenty of dynamic ''looping back'' regrouping. Route up to Coach (6-7 miles)
