Lance (Skippy) Mason 15 x 100m Bakers Park 10 seconds rest between each 100m. 4 sets recover 2 minutes between sets.
Mixed Training Session
Clare Youngman Hilly Humps Powderham Practice your uphill pain threshold and downhill recovery with short recovery and regrouping at the bottom of each hump. Suitable for all levels.
