Endurance Training Session
Clare Youngman Marathon Training Session 9 Brunel (Round the square) 1.5 mile warm up with active strides, stretching then 1 mile time trial (please use your own watch) followed by 3,6,6,3 min efforts, 1 min rest between each. Followed by Q&A on the importance of tapering with Eleanor.
