Transfer form

If you wish to withdraw from the race and would like to try and pass on your race number, we have put into place the following procedure.

1. Please contact the person at the TOP of the reserve list. If you don't get a response with 48 hours please move onto the next person on the list.

2. Agree on the price they pay you - it cost;

• Early bird price: November 1st - 30th £40 affiliated £42 unaffiliated
• 1st December - 31st January £45 affiliated £47 unaffiliated
• 1st February- 29th February £50 affiliated £52 unaffiliated

 We advise the payment is made via a bank transfer

3. Download the transfer form, fill in your details, scan it and email it to the new entrant, who will fill in their part of the form, scan it and email it to the Race Director.

4. The new entrant will also need to transfer £7 to the Teignbridge Trotters (an admin fee, that goes to charity). They can arrange this with the Race Director. 

5. Once all the above has been done, the new entrant will be informed via email of their successful transfer and place in the race.

The last date for receiving any transfer forms will be Wednesday 5th June. The Race Director will have the final say over all number transfers.
