Monday Night Training - 06/12/2021

3-4 mile Beginners
John Skinner This group is for beginners and is for runners who are still at the run/walk stage of their running. It is a great introduction for anyone new to running and as long as you can shuffle along for a bit you are most welcome. You will surprise yourself at what you can achieve! We have many runners who started in this group who now run marathons.
4-5 mile Improvers
