Wednesday Night Training - 06/12/2023

Ian Langler Week 4 - First Chance training Churchills Aiming for the first 10K of the year we are running a 6 week training schedule to get you in shape for the First Chance 10K on the 7th January - To be done on a slight hill (1 min @ 6/10 effort, 2 min rec, 45 secs @ 7/10 effort, 1.5 min rec, 30 secs @ 10/10 effort, 2 mins rec) x 3

7-8 mile A Group
Ben Elphick A brisker continual run with plenty of dynamic looping back and regrouping. Route up to the coach/leader. Pace will be 7:30 to 8:30 min/miles.
