Monday Night Training - 22/07/2019

3-4 mile Beginners
Karen O'Brien Run/Walk Newton Abbot Group for Beginner Level. Route up to coach
4-5 mile Improvers
Nathan Elphick 4-5 miles Newton Abbot For those stepping up from Beginners. A little bit further and with fewer rest stops. PACE 12:00 to 13:00 min/miles
5-6 mile Social
Peter Blakesley 5-6 miles Newton Abbot A social run, with plenty of regrouping. This group provides an 'Intermediate Level' run, for those wishing to step up from the 'Improvers Group'. Wednesday Night Training - 24/07/2019

Endurance Training Session
Neil Pallant Mountain relays Wolborough Hill, near the stile at the Jubilee road end. In groups of 3, similar ability is better. Up and down relays (efforts both ways) on the steepest slopes at Wolborough Hill. 3 x 10 mins. Feel the burn, just as in some of the tougher off-road events we take part in.  
Speed Training Session
Ewan Walton Triangle Parlauffs Coach Road 1 of each pair runs clockwise, the other jogs anticlockwise round a triangular course. When you meet, the runner jogs and the jogger runs and so on for a specified time.
Mixed Training Session
Helen Anthony Chain Running Bakers Park Chain running or Snakes, you will be put into same ability groups, one behind each other, you all start jogging, the person from the back sprints to the front and shouts go, then the next person sprints to the front and so on for a fixed period of time.
4-5 mile Improvers
