Wednesday Night Training - 13/05/2026

Red Group
  Purple group 5K trial Decoy Meet at Decoy @ 19:00 if you can but there will be a group running from the REC if you prefer. Aiming for roughly a 19:20 start - please allow time for your own warmup. YOU NEED TO ENTER BEFOREHAND. SEE CHAIR'S EMAIL FOR DETAILS.

7-8 mile A Group
  A brisker continual run with plenty of dynamic looping back and regrouping. Route up to the coach/leader. Pace will be 7:30 to 8:30 min/miles.

20/05/2026 Clare Youngman 2 min, 3 min, 5 min efforts getting progressively harder, 1 min rest between each, followed immediately by 3 × 1 min very fast with 1 min rest. 1k time trial (own watch). Coach Road Week 6/7 of a 5K focus training group. Great to help improve those Park runs!
27/05/2026 Ian Langler 4 min, 6 min, 4 min efforts at 5K pace or faster with 90 sec rest — the middle 6 min should be the hardest sustained effort of the programme. 1k time trial (own watch). Coach Road Week 7/7 of a 5K focus training group. Great to help improve those Park runs!
